Earplug Alarm Won't Go Off?

 

Is Your App Up to Date?

First, make sure that you have the latest app! Please check that there are no pending app updates in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). If you’re on the latest app version, then try resetting your Bluetooth connections.

 

Troubleshooting Steps (Android)

Reset your bluetooth connection

The first thing to try, is to reset your Bluetooth connections.

For Android, to do this, you need to go to “Settings” > “Bluetooth” > and then toggle the switch off, then back on.

 

Restart your smartphone

Hold the power button on your smartphone and select the option to power off the device.

Once the device is fully powered off, go ahead and power it back on.

 

No luck?

3) Hush serial number (14 digit alphanumeric found on the bottom of the charge case)

Reset your bluetooth connection

The first thing to try, is to reset your Bluetooth connections.

For iOS, to do this, you need to go to “Settings” > “Bluetooth” > Select your individual Hush’s using the circular blue “i” tab > Tap “Forget This Device.” Then toggle the Bluetooth switch off, then back on. Then, go back into the Hush app and try to manually reconnect to your Hush.

 

Restart your smart phone

Hold down the power button and slide to power off.

Once the device is fully powered off, go ahead an power it back on.
