Warranty

Hush provides a limited warranty on the product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one-year (365 days) from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Keep a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

 

Under this limited warranty, if a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is made to Hush within the warranty period, Hush, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, will either: 1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts or 2) exchange the product with a new or refurbished product. If Hush determines that it is not reasonable to repair or replace the product, Hush may refund to you the purchase price paid for the product. In the event of a defect or issue, to the extent permitted by law, which can vary from state to state or country to country, these are your sole remedies. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the originally purchased product or thirty (30) days form the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

 

Obtain Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, you must notify Hush by email within the warranty period. Email Hush at support@hush.technology to receive a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) and further instruction. You will return the product with the RMA and your purchase receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Hush and assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Hush. Hush will pay for return shipping to you. Any returned product received without an RMA will be returned to you at your cost.

 

Exclusions and Limitations:  This limited warranty applies only to the hardware products manufactured by or for Hush and does not apply to custom disposable molded earplugs, silicone tips or form tips once the earplugs or tips have been used. This limited warranty does not apply to: 1) non-Hush hardware products; 2) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents; 3) software, even if packaged or sold with the product or embedded in the product; 4) misuse of the product; 5) alternation of the product by anyone who is not affiliated with Hush. Additionally, this limited warranty does not apply to: 1) damage caused by use with non- Hush products; 2) damaged caused by normal wear and tear; 3) damage caused by using the product outside the intended use of the product or with improper power and voltage supplies; 4) damaged caused by service repairs completed by anyone other than Hush; 5) if the serial number has been removed from the product; 6) any neglect, abuse, modification, alteration, or improper storage or use not in compliance with Hush’s general use policies.

Implied Warranties: EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

This warrant does not affect any statutory rights that you may be entitled to.

 

Returns

Hush accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase only if the product was purchased directly from Hush. To return your product, you must notify Hush by email within 30 days from the purchase date. Email Hush at support@hush.technology to receive a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) and further instruction. You will return the product with all of the original packaging and the RMA # written on the return label. If anything that was in the original packaging is missing, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee, however, both earplugs and the charge case must be returned to be eligible for any refund. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Hush and assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Hush. Any returned product received without an RMA number will be returned to you at your cost.
